Raised in a small Wisconsin town on Lake Michigan, I was educated at the University of WI and was a high school teacher/coach/athletic director from 1968-1976 in Illinois.

   Licensed in Nevada real estate since 1980, many folks have bought and sold property in the Carson Valley and surrounding towns through my husband, Pete, and I, and became lifelong friends and not mere “customers”. 

    We've used real estate as an income builder ourselves developing Wildflower Ridge in the East Valley (93-5 acre lots), bought and sold homes, income property, and bare land over the past 30 years.

The Carson Valley is a great community to live in and to grow in. It’s a spectacular environment on the eastern slope (the Carson Ridge)of the Sierra Nevada Mt. range right below Lake Tahoe.   The community, recreation, and life style are exceptional and the homes are reasonable!
